SEO Manager

We are looking for an experienced SEO manager who understands how to match client business goals and objectives with the SEO strategies and tactics to create a meaningful impact.  As an SEO manager, you will be responsible for strategy, technical analysis and recommendations, reporting, overall account performance, and managing a team of analysts.

Responsibilities:

Technical expertise

  • Execute SEO analyses and create strategic recommendations:
    • Architecture
    • Technical
    • Content
    • Promotion
  • Monitor SEO performance by using available tools (Google Analytics, Moz, Ahrefs, Authority Labs, Google Search Console, crawlers, etc.)
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to inform SEO strategy and communicate these trends to clients and the 360Partners team

Team management

  • Manage a team of 3-5 SEO analysts on a day-to-day basis
  • Develop and grow the skillsets of the team members

Client facing resource

  • Provide support to Account Managers by providing expertise and interacting with clients
  • Provide assistance to the sales team as needed

Practice development

  • Work with 360Partners leadership to refine and develop the 360Partners SEO offering

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of SEO experience
  • Experience managing team members
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Exemplary analytical skills and detail orientation
  • Mastery of key SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
  • A shared perspective on the “new SEO” with a strong focus on visibility, clicks, engagement, conversion, and ROI
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated persistence, tenacity, and an ability to overcome obstacles
  • Likes to work in a fast-moving, yet casual environment
  • A sense of humor
